Will any feature ever need a sponsorship?

No. Kubyl is licensed under MIT or Apache-2.0, and every feature ships to everyone. Perks are about recognition and early access, never about unlocking functionality.

Can my company use Kubyl without paying?

Yes. Commercial use is allowed without restrictions. The Company tier exists for teams that want to support the project and get an invoice for it.

How do I cancel?

In your GitHub Sponsors settings. Your perks run until the end of the billing period you've paid for.
